Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and inspection of engineering equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Assist senior engineers in the planning and execution of technical projects and site development.
- Document technical processes, maintenance logs, and project updates accurately for record-keeping.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure engineering objectives are met.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies during all engineering activities.
- Identify areas for process improvement and suggest innovative engineering solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in an engineering support role or similar technical position.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Familiarity with industry-standard engineering tools and software.
- Valid driver’s license is often required for site visits in the Bali area.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to quality and safety standards.
