We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Engineering Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the operational excellence of our property, ensuring that our facilities are safe, functional, and welcoming for our valued guests.
Our ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for hospitality and technical expertise. You will be responsible for the general maintenance of the hotel premises, from plumbing and electrical systems to HVAC units and guest amenities. Working in the beautiful setting of Seminyak, Bali, you will help us uphold the highest standards of comfort and safety for everyone who steps through our doors. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and preventative maintenance checks to comply with hotel safety standards and local regulations.
- Respond promptly to work orders and guest maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of engineering tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.
- Assist in minor renovations and upgrade projects as directed by the Engineering Manager.
- Ensure all engineering areas are kept clean, organized, and safe for other staff members.
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance issues and improve guest satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (SMK or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering or maintenance within the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Strong knowledge of general building maintenance, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read technical blueprints and diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
