The Light Exclusive Villas & Spa in Seminyak is seeking a dedicated and proactive Engineering Staff to join our professional team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of our luxury property, ensuring every guest experiences the comfort and quality they expect from a premium villa and spa destination.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all villa facilities and spa equipment.
- Address guest maintenance requests promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain and repair electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning units, and pool filtration systems.
- Manage basic carpentry and painting tasks to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the villas.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and front office departments to report room readiness or maintenance issues.
- Monitor and record utility consumption (water, electricity, gas) to support energy efficiency initiatives.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards set by the resort management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma or Vocational High School (SMK) in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering fields.
- Proven experience as an Engineering Staff or Technician, preferably in a hotel or villa environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and proficiency in handling basic electrical and plumbing tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and operational excellence.
- Good command of basic English is a plus.
- Flexibility to work on a part-time shift basis as required by business needs.
