Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and high-quality output.
- Analyze technical issues on the production line and provide effective root-cause corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement engineering changes and product improvements.
- Maintain accurate engineering documentation, reports, and technical drawings.
- Conduct regular machinery and equipment inspections to ensure safety and performance standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen/Lean Manufacturing) to reduce waste and increase productivity.
- Provide technical support and training to operators and junior staff members.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an automotive or high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, technical drawings, and industrial standards.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus for technical documentation.
- Willing to be based in Cikarang Selatan, West Java.
