Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement engineering solutions aligned with project specifications
- Conduct technical research and analysis to support engineering decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Prepare detailed engineering documentation, reports, and specifications
- Monitor project progress and troubleshoot technical issues proactively
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for engineering processes and methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant engineering experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in engineering software (CAD, simulation tools, etc.)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of local engineering regulations and best practices
