Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of building facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Perform timely repairs and troubleshooting for equipment and utility issues in both office and retail locations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all technical operations meet safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports regarding maintenance activities, equipment status, and repair history.
- Manage basic inventory of tools and spare parts required for daily engineering tasks.
- Ensure that all workspace environments adhere to company safety and hygiene policies.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Technician or Engineering Staff in an office building or retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of building electrical systems, plumbing, and general building repairs.
- Ability to read technical manuals and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety protocols and quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Flexibility to handle tasks across different locations in Denpasar as required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and equipment.
