Cantik Alami Sehat is currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Engineering Staff to join our production team in Kabupaten Tangerang. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our manufacturing processes run seamlessly, safely, and efficiently.
As our Engineering Staff, you will be responsible for the health and performance of our production machinery. You will work closely with the production department to implement continuous improvements, troubleshoot technical issues, and execute preventative maintenance schedules. We value team members who take initiative and are dedicated to maintaining a high-performance workplace culture.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery to ensure maximum uptime.
- Conduct rapid troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve mechanical or electrical breakdowns.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine efficiency and production output.
- Strictly adhere to and promote K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) protocols in the workplace.
- Maintain 5R standards across the production floor to foster a clean and organized work environment.
- Document maintenance activities, machine logs, and repair history accurately.
- Collaborate with the production team to minimize waste and optimize machine settings.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new production equipment as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong understanding of machine troubleshooting and industrial maintenance procedures.
- Familiarity with K3 (Health and Safety) regulations and 5R workplace methodology.
- Able to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic drawings.
- Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team.
- Willing to work in shift patterns if required by production demand.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for reporting purposes.
