Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mall's mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all equipment is functioning optimally
- Assist in the installation and testing of new engineering systems and equipment
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to resolve technical issues efficiently
- Prepare detailed reports on system performance and maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and technical problems
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facility maintenance or engineering role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and implement effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Certification in relevant engineering fields is a plus
- Proficient in using engineering tools and diagnostic equipment
