Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze production results and identify opportunities for improvement in steel manufacturing processes
- Develop comprehensive plans to enhance production efficiency and output quality
- Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to minimize waste and maximize productivity
- Collaborate with production teams to implement process improvements and technical solutions
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation on production analyses and improvement initiatives
- Investigate production issues and recommend effective solutions to minimize downtime
- Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in steel manufacturing engineering
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Metallurgical Engineering preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or production analysis, preferably in steel industry
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data-driven decision making
- Knowledge of steel manufacturing processes, quality control, and production management
- Proficiency in engineering software and data analysis tools (CAD, Minitab, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills with ability to collaborate across departments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet deadlines
