Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and repair all hotel facilities, buildings, and operational equipment to ensure optimal functionality
- Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems
- Respond promptly to guest and staff requests for maintenance and repairs
- Ensure all safety standards and regulations are met for all hotel equipment and facilities
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities with minimal disruption to guest services
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Order and maintain inventory of necessary parts and supplies
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies in hotel maintenance
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent in technical field or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel maintenance or similar role
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Certification in relevant technical fields is a plus
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work in various conditions
