In this role, you will be the technical backbone of our resort, ensuring that all engineering systems run smoothly to provide a seamless experience for our guests and staff.

You will be responsible for the upkeep of our electrical, mechanical, and plumbing infrastructure, as well as general facility operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform timely technical repairs and troubleshooting to minimize operational downtime and guest inconvenience.
- Manage the operational functionality of resort facilities, including HVAC units, lighting, and water systems.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of spare parts and maintenance tools to ensure readiness for repairs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and internal staff, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with local safety regulations and company health and safety standards.
- Document all maintenance logs, work orders, and repair records accurately and efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering).
- Proven experience in technical maintenance, preferably within the hospitality or property management industry.
- Strong practical knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing, carpentry, and basic HVAC systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and fix issues independently.
- Valid Indonesian driving license is a plus for site travel.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by resort operations.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; good communication skills are essential.
