- Develop accurate project cost estimates based on technical specifications and requirements
- Coordinate between engineering, sales, and customer teams to align project scope and deliverables
- Create and maintain comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BQ) documentation for all projects
- Analyze project specifications to identify potential cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure material sourcing aligns with estimates
- Prepare technical documentation for tender submissions and client proposals
- Monitor project progress against estimated costs and timelines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering estimation or quantity surveying
- Proficiency in Bill of Quantities (BQ) preparation and construction estimation software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder coordination
