Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and water systems
- Diagnose and repair facility equipment including generators, pumps, and kitchen appliances
- Conduct daily inspections of property infrastructure to identify potential hazards
- Manage maintenance inventory and coordinate with suppliers for equipment procurement
- Oversee renovation projects and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Document maintenance activities and prepare operational reports
- Train junior staff on proper equipment handling and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in facilities maintenance or engineering role
- Certification in electrical systems, plumbing, or HVAC preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and safety standards
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and maintenance software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and motorcycle endorsement
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English communication skills
