Tanggung Jawab
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules for building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
- Diagnose and troubleshoot facility equipment malfunctions
- Monitor utility consumption and implement efficiency improvements
- Coordinate with contractors for specialized repairs and renovations
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and system performance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Respond to emergency facility issues with prompt technical solutions
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of facilities maintenance experience in property sector
- Certification in HVAC, electrical systems, or facility management (advantageous)
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints and schematics
- Strong diagnostic skills with mechanical/electrical systems
- Experience with preventive maintenance software
- Valid safety certifications (e.g., OSH-accredited training)
