Join Bobobox Mitra Indonesia as an Engineering Staff in the breathtaking location of Gunung Rinjani, Sembalun. This critical role ensures the seamless operation of our facilities through comprehensive building, electrical, and plumbing maintenance. You'll be responsible for diagnosing equipment malfunctions, implementing preventive maintenance schedules, and coordinating vendor repairs while adhering to strict safety standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of building structures, electrical systems, and plumbing infrastructure
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment malfunctions
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize operational disruptions
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and equipment servicing
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory management
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests across all facility areas
- Collaborate with hospitality teams to support operational needs
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance, electrical systems, and plumbing
- Technical/vocational certification in engineering or related field preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electrical systems
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in facility management
- Ability to work independently and in challenging remote environments
- Physical capability to perform manual tasks and work in various conditions
- Valid electrical or plumbing certification is advantageous
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
