Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance of all villa facilities and equipment.
- Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and civil works.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff to minimize operational downtime.
- Monitor and maintain the pool filtration system and water quality standards.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or large-scale projects.
- Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance activities and report any significant issues to management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the property.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) in Engineering, Electrical, or Mechanical fields.
- Proven experience as an Engineering Staff or Technician, preferably in a hotel or villa environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across various technical disciplines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
- Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Denpasar, Bali.
