Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance checks on all hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Respond promptly to maintenance work orders and guest repair requests, ensuring minimal disruption to the guest experience.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry issues within the property.
- Assist in general property upkeep, including painting, wall repairs, and furniture maintenance.
- Monitor hotel utility systems, including water pumps, generators, and pool filtration equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment and keep accurate logs of repairs and parts usage.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and security protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Vocational High School (SMK) degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Proven working experience in hotel maintenance or a similar building facility role is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of basic electrical, plumbing, and building repair techniques.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, and manage time effectively.
- Availability to work in flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physical stamina and ability to handle manual labor tasks consistently.
- Professional attitude with a service-oriented mindset.
- Domiciled in or willing to relocate to Seminyak, Bali.
