Are you a hands-on technician with a passion for industrial machinery? Pelangi Bakery, a leading name in the local culinary industry, is looking for a skilled Engineering Staff to join our production team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our high-quality bread production runs seamlessly by maintaining our state-of-the-art baking equipment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of our bakery production line. You will work closely with our production team to minimize downtime, ensure safety standards are met, and keep our machines operating at peak efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on all bakery production machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues in real-time to minimize production downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections of production lines to ensure safety and operational standards are consistently met.
- Coordinate with the production manager to schedule major repairs or upgrades during off-peak hours.
- Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts and tools needed for machine repairs.
- Ensure all maintenance logs are accurately documented and reported.
- Provide emergency repair support to keep the bakery operational during production shifts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering fields.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or Engineering Staff, preferably in a food processing or bakery environment.
- Strong understanding of industrial machinery, including motors, conveyors, and automated baking equipment.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematic drawings.
- Proficient in using hand tools and basic diagnostic equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Must be willing to work on a full-time basis in Denpasar, Bali.
