You'll be instrumental in upholding our high standards of guest satisfaction by maintaining optimal functionality of all MEP systems across our Bali property. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily maintenance, inspections, and repairs of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Execute preventative maintenance schedules to ensure equipment longevity and reliability
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex MEP system failures efficiently
- Manage inventory and procurement of spare parts and maintenance supplies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless facility operations
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and critical system failures
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing maintenance (minimum 2 years)
- Technical certification in HVAC, electrical systems, or plumbing engineering
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities for MEP systems
- Familiarity with preventative maintenance protocols and tools
- Ability to read technical schematics and blueprints
- Basic computer literacy for maintenance software and reporting
- Valid electrical/plumbing licenses (where applicable)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
