Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on equipment and facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all technical systems are functioning safely and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or structural issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory usage accurately.
- Collaborate with the facility management team to execute improvement projects.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace environment.
- Remain flexible to work overtime when operational demands require it.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in technical or engineering maintenance roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose technical failures quickly.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in varying conditions as required by site operations.
- Working knowledge of basic electrical, mechanical, or plumbing systems.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow complex technical instructions.
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with supervisors.
