PT Horizon Internusa Persada is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Engineering Staff (Teknisi Sipil) to join our dynamic team in Tangerang Selatan. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality, integrity, and timely execution of our engineering projects. As an Engineering Staff, you will be responsible for overseeing daily technical operations, coordinating with field teams, and ensuring that all construction or maintenance activities comply with safety and technical specifications. Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting routine site inspections and technical surveys to ensure compliance with project blueprints.
- Supervising day-to-day on-site construction or maintenance activities to ensure quality standards.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors for project resource procurement.
- Preparing detailed technical reports, progress logs, and project documentation for management review.
- Identifying and resolving technical issues on-site to minimize downtime and project delays.
- Monitoring adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols in all working areas.
- Assisting in the planning and estimation of material requirements for upcoming engineering tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar technical role (Fresh graduates with strong internship records are welcome to apply).
- Strong proficiency in reading technical drawings and using engineering software (AutoCAD, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and local industry standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to be stationed in Tangerang Selatan and travel to project sites as required.
- Discipline, integrity, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
