Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting regular site inspections and supervising daily civil engineering operations.
- Interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications accurately.
- Monitoring project progress to ensure strict adherence to safety standards and quality control protocols.
- Performing measurements, material testing, and field calculations as required.
- Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to resolve technical on-site issues.
- Preparing detailed progress reports and documentation for management review.
- Maintaining inventory of tools and technical equipment to ensure operational readiness.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a civil technician or site engineer; fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they possess strong technical knowledge.
- Proficiency in reading civil engineering blueprints and construction drawings.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word) is highly advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel as required by project locations.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
