PT Horizon Internusa Persada is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Engineering Staff (Teknisi Sipil) to join our growing team in Jakarta Selatan. As a key member of our technical department, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, overseeing civil engineering projects, and ensuring that all construction or maintenance activities meet our high standards of quality and safety.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular field inspections to ensure projects align with structural designs and blueprints.
- Supervise daily construction or maintenance activities to ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and SOPs.
- Collaborate with contractors and site workers to resolve technical issues that arise during project implementation.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of project progress, material usage, and labor hours.
- Perform quantitative analysis and quality control checks on civil works.
- Provide technical recommendations for project improvements and cost-efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage project timelines and resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience working as a Technical Staff, Site Engineer, or in a similar civil engineering role.
- Strong understanding of structural design, building materials, and construction methodology.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using CAD software (AutoCAD).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a field team with a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills, capable of liaising with workers and project managers.
- Must be willing to be stationed at project sites within the Jakarta Selatan area.
