Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee technical implementation of engineering plans for Trans Studio Mini Padang
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks for construction activities
- Prepare engineering documentation including drawings, reports, and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with engineering standards
- Monitor project progress against engineering timelines and budgets
- Resolve technical issues during construction phases
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and environmental guidelines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property/construction engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM modeling software
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction codes and standards
- Certification in project management (PMP) is preferred
- Experience with entertainment venue construction is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in remote site locations
