Bali Management Villas is currently seeking a dedicated Engineering Staff to join our professional maintenance team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our villa operations, ensuring that every facility is maintained to the highest standards of safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal to guarantee our guests enjoy an unforgettable stay.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance inspections across all villa facilities.
- Execute daily repairs related to electrical systems, lighting, plumbing, and air conditioning units.
- Manage basic carpentry, painting, and structural touch-ups to ensure villas meet aesthetic standards.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests or villa managers.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and inventory of tools and spare parts.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and villa management to ensure smooth guest turnarounds.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and hotel standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or Vocational High School (SMK) in Engineering or related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in villa, hotel, or building maintenance.
- Proficient in basic electrical work, plumbing, and AC troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to facility repairs.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts as needed by the operation.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
