Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for operational excellence in engineering? Griya Miesejati (Bakmi GM) is seeking a highly skilled Engineering Stores Operation Assistant Manager to oversee our technical inventory, procurement, and asset maintenance support systems. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our engineering supply chain, ensuring that our stores receive the necessary parts and equipment to maintain seamless operations.
You will lead a team focused on optimizing stock levels, coordinating with vendors, and implementing systematic workflows for engineering components. The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge of restaurant or industrial equipment with strong inventory management skills. You will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, reducing downtime, and ensuring that our engineering department remains agile and cost-effective.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end engineering inventory, including spare parts, technical equipment, and maintenance tools.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to source high-quality components at competitive costs.
- Develop and implement SOPs for engineering store stock management and issuance.
- Monitor stock levels and forecast demand to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Conduct regular site audits and technical inspections to ensure equipment availability.
- Lead and mentor junior store staff, fostering a culture of accountability and precision.
- Analyze maintenance reports to correlate part consumption with operational performance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure engineering storage facility in compliance with safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in engineering operations, inventory management, or technical procurement, preferably in the F&B or retail sector.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking.
- Excellent understanding of technical spare parts and engineering equipment maintenance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and handle high-pressure environments.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; professional English proficiency is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Jakarta Barat and travel between sites as required.
