Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily engineering operations and ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards
- Lead, supervise, and mentor engineering teams to achieve performance targets and maintain high productivity levels
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and occupational health standards across all engineering activities
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to optimize workflow and resource utilization
- Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Manage equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation for engineering processes
- Prepare reports on engineering performance, budget utilization, and capital expenditures for senior management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in engineering supervision, team leadership, or management role within manufacturing or logistics environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written) for reporting and presentations
- Proficiency in engineering software tools and MS Office applications
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives is a plus
