In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all engineering operations, managing projects from conception to completion, and ensuring that our high standards for quality and efficiency are met. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily engineering activities and coordinate work schedules to meet production goals.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate performance of engineering staff to ensure high productivity and professional development.
- Plan and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and resolve technical issues.
- Prepare technical reports, proposals, and documentation for management review.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
- Minimum 5 years of engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and industry regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, project management software, and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to work onsite in Santo Tomas City, Batangas.
