Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise a team of engineers and technicians to ensure daily operational targets are met.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of manufacturing machinery and plant equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize production downtime.
- Coordinate with production managers to optimize manufacturing processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Ensure all engineering projects and activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and technical documentation.
- Conduct root cause analysis for technical failures and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to junior staff to enhance team competency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, or a related field).
- A valid Professional License (PRC) is highly preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in an engineering role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Strong knowledge of technical operations, facility management, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
