- Oversee all preventive maintenance programs and ensure timely execution
- Lead and mentor engineering/maintenance teams to achieve operational excellence
- Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize guest disruption
- Monitor building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety) for optimal performance
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee contracted maintenance services
- Implement cost-effective maintenance solutions and resource allocation
- Conduct regular facility inspections and prepare technical reports
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in engineering/maintenance
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems and infrastructure
- Proven experience with preventive maintenance programs
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid technical certifications in relevant engineering fields
- Proficiency in maintenance management software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
