Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily engineering, maintenance, and repair activities across assigned properties.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of technicians, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and high performance.
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
- Manage external contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide rapid, effective solutions to minimize operational downtime.
- Monitor and manage engineering budgets, track expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and energy efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance logs, incident reports, equipment histories, and compliance records.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or engineering operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC operation, fire protection systems, and high-voltage electrical distribution.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing in-house technical teams and external contractors.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with local building regulations, workplace safety and health (WSH) standards, and environmental practices.
- Proficient in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and standard MS Office applications.
