Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary liaison between corporate management and on-site field engineering teams.
- Oversee daily field operations to ensure project milestones are achieved within scope and budget.
- Enforce strict quality control standards and safety protocols across all engineering activities.
- Monitor site progress and prepare detailed performance reports for central management review.
- Troubleshoot technical bottlenecks in the field and propose effective, sustainable solutions.
- Mentor and supervise junior engineering staff to maintain high productivity and skill development.
- Coordinate resources, materials, and equipment to ensure seamless operational flow.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an engineering supervisory or project lead role.
- Strong understanding of construction or industrial engineering operational procedures.
- Proven ability to translate corporate strategic goals into field-level execution.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to bridge diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and technical reporting tools.
- Willingness to manage site-based operations within the Jakarta Raya region.
