Are you a seasoned technical leader with a passion for operational excellence? ASRI is seeking a highly skilled Engineering Supervisor to oversee and optimize building maintenance operations in Jakarta Raya. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless functionality of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, maintaining the highest safety standards, and leading a high-performing technical team.
The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities, ensuring that our facilities remain world-class environments. You will play a critical role in preventive maintenance planning, troubleshooting complex equipment issues, and managing vendor relations to guarantee efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily building maintenance operations, ensuring all MEP systems operate at peak efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance on technical issues and daily task execution.
- Develop and implement robust preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee external contractors for specialized repair or installation projects.
- Monitor and analyze utility consumption to optimize energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate emergency repairs and act as the primary point of contact for technical facility incidents.
- Prepare detailed reports on maintenance performance, budget tracking, and asset lifecycle management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in building maintenance or facility management.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution systems, and building automation systems (BAS).
- Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams and operational workflows.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a focus on systematic root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced, high-stakes property management environment.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
