- Supervise and coordinate engineering teams to execute daily operations and maintenance schedules
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for park facilities and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and operational protocols
- Manage engineering projects including budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline execution
- Collaborate with departments to align engineering initiatives with guest experience goals
- Conduct regular facility inspections and performance analysis to identify improvement areas
- Train and mentor engineering staff to enhance technical skills and safety awareness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering supervision or facility management
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems maintenance
- Proven experience in team leadership and project management
- Certification in safety management (e.g., OHSAS 18001) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience working in tourism, hospitality, or wildlife facilities advantageous
