Are you a hands-on technical leader with a passion for hospitality? Graha Megaria Raya is seeking a highly skilled Engineering Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of our premier 5-star hotel in the heart of Seminyak, Bali.
In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our facility's functionality, ensuring our luxury guests enjoy a flawless, comfortable, and safe experience. You will lead a dedicated maintenance team, manage preventative maintenance schedules, and ensure that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems operate at peak efficiency. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who excels in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of hospitality infrastructure standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor the engineering team to ensure high-quality maintenance service delivery.
- Oversee daily operations, including preventive and corrective maintenance for all hotel facilities.
- Monitor and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance equipment efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and local building codes.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and facility upgrades.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and prepare reports for the management team.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls to minimize guest disruption.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel engineering, preferably in a 5-star luxury property.
- Strong technical expertise in MEP systems, energy management, and building automation.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to perform under pressure in a guest-facing environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written).
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Flexible availability to support rotating shifts and on-call duties.
