We're seeking a technical expert with deep expertise in electrical systems, AC/Genset maintenance, and lift/escalator repair to ensure optimal facility performance. This hands-on leadership role requires proactive management of maintenance schedules, troubleshooting complex mechanical failures, and implementing preventive maintenance protocols. You'll supervise a skilled technical team while ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and perform maintenance/repair of electrical systems, including strong current electricity
- Oversee AC system servicing, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Manage genset operations, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs
- Coordinate lift and escalator maintenance to ensure safety and compliance
- Lead technical team, assign tasks, and provide hands-on guidance
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules and documentation
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend upgrades
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in electrical systems and building maintenance
- Expertise in AC, genset, lift, and escalator repair
- Strong current electricity certification preferred
- Minimum 3 years in supervisory role
- Technical diploma/certificate in engineering or related field
- Leadership experience managing technical teams
- Problem-solving skills for complex mechanical issues
- Knowledge of safety protocols and maintenance standards
