Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily engineering operations to ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of technical staff to ensure high levels of team engagement and skill development.
- Manage engineering project timelines, resource allocation, and budget tracking to ensure successful project delivery.
- Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Production, Quality, and HSE) to resolve technical bottlenecks and improve workflow.
- Enforce strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations to maintain a zero-accident workplace.
- Analyze production data and generate technical reports to provide actionable insights for management decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical proficiency in reading blueprints and engineering schematics.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, 5S, Kaizen, or other lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.
