As our Engineering Supervisor, you will be the backbone of our property's technical operations. We are looking for a professional who can lead maintenance initiatives, ensure guest comfort through impeccable facility standards, and foster a culture of safety and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and oversee daily maintenance operations, including preventive and corrective maintenance for all hotel facilities.
- Lead and mentor the engineering team to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems to ensure optimal functionality and energy efficiency.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and property upgrades.
- Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and technical equipment.
- Maintain detailed logs of all maintenance activities and conduct regular property inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Support the pre-opening phase by ensuring all technical installations meet brand standards and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel engineering or facility maintenance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical installations.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and train a team of technicians.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required for a pre-opening hotel environment.
- Fluent in Indonesian and proficient in English communication.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
