Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities and engineering operations on-site.
- Ensure all engineering work complies with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and workers to ensure optimal productivity.
- Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets, identifying and mitigating risks effectively.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues and facilitate smooth workflows.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to building codes and Far East Organization's standards.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in site supervision and project management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and project management tools.
- Valid WSQ or relevant safety certifications (e.g., SSST, NEBOSH) are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
