Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate all building maintenance activities for commercial properties
- Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs for electrical and mechanical systems
- Supervise maintenance staff and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with contractors for maintenance projects
- Inspect and troubleshoot building systems to identify and resolve issues
- Prepare maintenance reports and recommend improvements to building systems
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
- Manage maintenance budgets and control costs effectively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building maintenance, preferably for malls, apartments, or office buildings
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in commercial buildings
- Leadership experience with a proven ability to manage maintenance teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in building maintenance or facilities management is a plus
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations
