HKR Equipment Corporation is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Engineering Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Makati City. As an Engineering Supervisor, you will be the bridge between technical strategy and on-the-ground execution. You will play a crucial role in preventative maintenance planning, troubleshooting complex operational issues, and ensuring our equipment fleet remains at peak performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to safety and technical protocols.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of engineering and maintenance staff.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize operational downtime.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- Troubleshoot technical failures and coordinate rapid repair solutions.
- Prepare technical reports on equipment performance and operational productivity.
- Manage resource allocation and inventory for ongoing engineering projects.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize operational workflows and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within an engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance best practices and industrial safety regulations.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a technical team under tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, CMMS software, etc.).
- Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work full-time in Makati City with a high level of accountability.
