Cibadak Indah Sari Farm is a leading agricultural company committed to operational excellence and sustainable growth. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Engineering Supervisor to oversee our technical operations and infrastructure maintenance across our facilities.
As an Engineering Supervisor, you will be the backbone of our technical team, ensuring that all machinery and facility systems function at peak performance. In this position, you will be responsible for planning preventive maintenance, managing technical teams, and ensuring that all engineering projects adhere to safety and company quality standards. We offer a competitive salary package and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily engineering activities and maintenance schedules for all operational units.
- Ensure all farm machinery and facility systems are maintained according to industry standards and company protocols.
- Lead and mentor the technical team, providing training and support to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular field inspections and travel to various company branches in Banten and West Java for site assessments.
- Prepare technical reports and provide documentation on machine performance and repair history.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize production output.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations during all technical operations.
- Coordinate with procurement and external vendors to source spare parts and technical resources.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in an agricultural, manufacturing, or heavy machinery environment.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical failures.
- High level of integrity, loyalty, and professional commitment.
- Willingness and readiness to travel frequently to various operational sites (Banten & West Java).
- Proficient in technical reporting and basic computer applications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and industrial safety protocols is highly preferred.
