Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor engineering teams to achieve project milestones
- Oversee technical implementation of electrical/electronic systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Coordinate resource allocation and budget management
- Review and approve engineering designs and specifications
- Resolve technical issues and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with architects and contractors for seamless integration
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in engineering projects
- Strong knowledge of building electrical systems and automation
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, EPLAN, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Project management certification preferred
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
