Bali Super Host, the leading luxury property management company in Ubud, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Supervisor to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining the structural and operational excellence of our premium villa portfolio. As an Engineering Supervisor, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and management, ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems are performing at peak efficiency. You will play a crucial role in preserving the value of our owners' assets while leading a dedicated team of technicians. Ubud is a unique environment with specific maintenance challenges, from humidity management to intricate pool systems. The ideal candidate will have the local expertise and technical versatility to manage these factors effectively, ensuring that every villa remains a sanctuary for our international clientele.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise a team of onsite technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for all managed properties.
- Conduct frequent inspections of villas to identify and rectify MEP, HVAC, and structural issues before they affect guests.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs, ensuring quality of work and timely completion.
- Manage the engineering department's budget, including spare parts inventory and procurement of maintenance supplies.
- Oversee the maintenance of swimming pool systems, including water chemistry and filtration equipment.
- Provide 24/7 emergency technical support and rapid response for any urgent property issues.
- Maintain detailed logs of all maintenance activities and provide regular reports to the Property Manager.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in engineering maintenance, specifically within the luxury villa or 5-star hotel sector.
- Strong leadership skills with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior technician capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical wiring, and smart home technology.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal) for effective communication with owners and staff.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and familiarity with the Ubud area.
