As Engineering Supervisor, you will work closely with the Chief Engineering to lead and manage our engineering team, ensuring all electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building systems operate at peak efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Chief Engineering in leading and managing the engineering team to ensure optimal performance
- Oversee all electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building systems maintenance
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures
- Coordinate engineering projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Train and mentor engineering staff to enhance their technical skills
- Monitor and maintain safety standards throughout all engineering operations
- Respond promptly to emergency repairs and technical issues
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering supervision or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Experience in hospitality or high-end facility maintenance preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting abilities
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Certification in relevant engineering fields is a plus
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous
