Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure seamless production operations.
- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with safety and quality protocols.
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Manage engineering spare parts inventory and optimize procurement processes for cost-efficiency.
- Supervise a team of technicians, providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and professional development.
- Drive continuous improvement projects (Kaizen/Lean) to enhance production efficiency and machine reliability.
- Ensure all engineering activities strictly adhere to local environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations and pharmaceutical GMP standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in pharmaceuticals, food, or consumer goods.
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation, PLC, and SCADA systems.
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and electrical diagrams.
- Solid understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO standards.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a technical team.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
