Are you a hands-on technical leader ready to make your mark on a premier hospitality project in Bali? We are currently preparing for an exciting soft opening and are seeking a highly motivated, service-minded Engineering Supervisor to oversee the seamless operation of our property's facilities.
As an Engineering Supervisor, you will be the backbone of our operational excellence. You will lead the maintenance team, manage preventative maintenance schedules, and ensure that our infrastructure meets the highest standards of safety, aesthetics, and guest comfort. This role is perfect for a proactive problem-solver who excels in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience during our upcoming launch.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor the technical and maintenance team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Coordinate and execute preventative maintenance programs for all hotel facilities, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize guest disruption.
- Oversee daily facility inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.
- Manage external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and project installations.
- Monitor utility consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives to support operational cost-efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive maintenance logs and inventory of critical spare parts and tools.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel engineering or facilities management, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong technical background in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
- Solid understanding of hotel safety regulations, fire protection systems, and local building codes.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of technicians.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Relevant certification or technical degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Flexibility to work shift hours as required by the property's operational needs.
