MLM Foods, Inc. is seeking a skilled and dedicated Engineering Supervisor to take charge of our technical operations. This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance activities, managing production equipment, and ensuring that all engineering processes meet strict efficiency and safety standards.
As the Engineering Supervisor, you will lead a team of skilled technicians, coordinate complex maintenance schedules, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production output. You will act as the bridge between the engineering department and production management, ensuring that machinery is running optimally and that the facility remains a safe, productive environment for all staff.
Key to your success in this role will be your ability to mentor your team, troubleshoot technical issues efficiently, and implement quality control measures that align with company goals.
Tanggung Jawab
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor engineering staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure high productivity.
- Maintenance Management: Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Process Optimization: Analyze production data and engineering reports to identify bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvements.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company quality standards.
- Equipment Reliability: Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure all machinery is operating within specifications.
- Inventory Control: Manage the procurement and inventory of spare parts and engineering supplies.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between engineering and production management regarding technical issues.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food manufacturing or processing industry.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of production machinery, maintenance protocols, and process control systems.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse teams, resolve conflicts, and drive operational improvements.
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex engineering problems effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability: Willingness to work full-time in Muntinlupa City.
