Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery, tools, equipment, and utility systems
- Supervise engineering staff, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or replacements as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of engineering operations
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and maintenance records
- Manage engineering projects from conception to completion within budget and timeline
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in engineering supervision or management
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems maintenance and repair
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to solve complex technical problems efficiently
- Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulatory requirements
