Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of all facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for kitchen equipment and machinery
- Lead and mentor engineering teams through technical training and performance management
- Coordinate emergency repairs and implement corrective action plans
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
- Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies
- Collaborate with store management to optimize operational efficiency
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in facilities maintenance or engineering supervision
- Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and HVAC systems
- Certification in preventive maintenance methodologies (e.g., TPM) preferred
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Proficiency in maintenance management software
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license as Engineer
